Hi Everyone, I am using 5.97 and when I enter a record into a table i then see 2 records exactly the same.

There is no hooks creating anything, I checked the membership_userrecords and there is only one record in there and also only 1 record in the mysql database.

I am not sure how it would be possible to see 2 records on the table?

I found the issue, the table was joined on another table that had duplicate keys
