Child Table Modal Window

I believe there is a bug with v22.11 when viewing attached documents in the child table dv.
When I attempt to view a file in the child window as below
I am left with a blank screen and the file does not download.
However, when I attempt to look at the same file in the parent table for the document, I am able to download the file.
When I attempt to view a file in the child window as below
