When I first install the Appgini output files to me localserver, set the server settings and the admin username and password, everything works as it should. when I log out and attempt to log back in the credentials are rejected. I deleted the config.php file and tried once more. once the installation is completed I am automatically logged in as normal but I am unable to log back into the system.
The work around it when I am automatically logged in I go into the admin area and reset the password and all works perfectly from then onwards.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Still have difficulties. The work around did not work for long, could it be the cookies?

There still seems to be a problem. I recompiled a setup that has worked file on my local server. now I cant log in.
there is an issue with authentication. is anyone else having issues?

Re: 5.94 admin password not saved
Hi,
I have a similar problem. After changing the admin password, it was no longer possible to log in as admin. I had the local under Xaamp. But I can no longer reproduce this.
I then tried to rewrite the password in config.php. This did not help. There is still an admin password in the database. I then changed that and I was able to log in with it again.
What I do not understand is why an admin password is stored in the database and in the config.php.

I am still having the problem. I am using WAMP. but when I uploaded to the hosting server it works fine. so the problem seems to be with the localhost server with windows 10.
