Embed Youtube or VIMEO video in rich text editon

Hello, I though I’ll do quick tutorial table in my application. I tried to make it simple with two fields only, one for title, second (rich html) for the actual info so it gives me freedom to update etc. I want to include Youtube or VIMEO videos in between the lines as embed code. When I do this as an admin and drop the embed code from either provider, it created the actual frame with video player, but when I save it and then logon with another user (see only permission), it only displays the embed code instead. Why is this happening? Is there a specific way to drop the code within the lines? All I do is copy and paste the code into editor.
