Hi,
I created an advanced look up (similar see viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3034&p=10078#p10078 ).
I notice, that when I try to search some contents - it does actually NOT work on my field.
The "clock" is rotating, but my list is not being adjusted (as one would expect and as would be useful is the list is long)
11-1-3 is the old value, I am typing 11-2 in the "search" field but all instead of only one (11-2-1 (1)) stay.

Re: Lookup Advanced: Search in Lookup fails
Hallo Olaf,
this should definately work.
Can you please open the developer tools in your browser (usually F12 key) and, on the console-tab, check if there are javascript errors. If there are, please post them.
Maybe the problem is somewhere else and the search-box behaviour is only a "Folgefehler" (aftereffect)
Regards,
Jan

Re: Lookup Advanced: Search in Lookup fails
Hi Jan,
pbötcher posted another version of SQL string for the query - and actually it does work now.
I have no idea, why my original SQL worked for the drop down, but not for the Ajax search.
Solution here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3034&p=10105#p10105
