Erro adding new users

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem when adding new users to a newly created app using appgini 5.74.
There is only two user in the members table, guest and admin. But when trying to add a new user in the member username field I got an error saying
Username already exists or is invalid. Make sure you provide a username containing 4 to 20 valid characters., error also occurs when using the signup form in the first page.
No matter what I type, nothing works. This problem only happens after I upload it to the server, locally it works fine.
Anyone who can give me and idea of how to fix this.
