An lookup field is defined as Checkbox. Until version 5.60 this works fine.
Now in version 5.62 it show only a 1 or a blank (the database value)
see example below

Is there a workaround to show the checkbox again?

This was undocumented behavior as a lookup field shouldn't be set as a checkbox. We'll try however to consider and handle this case in future releases.
