I created a large database and added a separate login for users, applied permissions for certain tables.
When I went to test the login I was able to access the Admin area and change permissions.

I could not figure out how to post a screen shot. I can send the url for the program if you wish.

I regenerated the project and tried again and now the admin access is gone.

I'm wondering if it wasn't a cached permission from Chrome.

Hope this helps anyone else if this happens.
