5.60 lookup values not showing in detail view

Parent lookup values not showing in detail view. Had no problems with 5.51 but 5.6 is NOT working, I even tried a fresh new project to make sure it wasn't a "custom" coding issue but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced these issues ?
