A zip/post field would be a useful addition to member information.
As would phone and/or extension (primarily for internal apps within an organization.)

Currently there are 4 customizable user profile fields. You can change their labels in the admin settings page in the admin area. We plan to add more profile fields in future releases, as well as validation rules for these fields.
