Grid View Wonky in 5.41 after adding lengthy notes in text field

Grid View Wonky in 5.41 after adding lengthy notes in text field

In my grid view I am noticing the rows below the top row are offset or indented to the right like half a page only after entering notes.
Very wonky. Jus tupdated to 5.41.

Don't think this update is ready.
