So I have some areas where I enter info like an office location, a route name, agency name or even another companies name.

These show on 4 different sections usually automatically filtering like so:

City --> Route --> Shows Accounts listed with that route assigned.

Last time I uploaded my files only 2 of my 4 forms will do this task. All of the setting are the same, double checked. Any ideas?
