Grid View messed up after hiding a field and un hiding it.

My detail view of all the records is perfect. But when I look at the record in Grid view the data is showing in the wrong field names. I will email you log on access so you can take a look... This is just one table the compliance table.

Please ignore this and the email.. It was actually just one record that was messed up and I was able to delete it and recreate it and after I reloaded the file and all is back to normal.
Very weird though.. I won't be "hiding" a field again.. may want to look at that code.. I saw an extra ; that may be the issue.. but I am so new to coding don't take my word for it.
