Strange characters replace trailing space in 25.10 rev 1935

Hello,

I have upgraded to 25.10 rev 1935.

I am having a strange character appear in all HTML fields if a user types a trailing space. This happens in Chrome and Firefox browsers.

I have an older installation of the APP on the server using the same database and don't have this issue using that older version. Made with 24.17.

I've been experimenting to try and isolate this bug and think I'm on to something... In the RICH text area, if I add color, bold to the text and type a trailing space, there is a

inserted wherever I type the trailing space. If I edit out the html for the color or bold to the font, the problem goes away. This seems to be a bug with the text editor in the Rich text area?

NOTE: In my original post I said that this was happening in 25.10. I reverted to 24.17 and the issue is still present. So that leads me even more to suspect the text editor.
