Count symbol in columns selection menu
Count symbol in columns selection menu
If i use the option "show record count in homepage" i get the "count symbol" also in the columns selection menu (hamburger menu at list views).
Re: Count symbol in columns selection menu
Hi SkayHH,
you mean literally, that you set AG to show the record count in homepage and it does show it in the menu as well? .... If so, this is almost a feature I would say. But of course, one should be able to set the count there if needed by hand.
Btw: To display a badge (record count or something else) in the menu, I needed to disable the "show in menu" but add the menu item to the nav-links.php with some additional PHP code that collects data that should be shown in the menu: To trick AG to show something else (not the record count) in the homepage, I did set "show record count", but intercept it with JS, which replaces the number with something else.

Re: Count symbol in columns selection menu
Sorry Olaf. I described that incorrectly. My english is sooo bad
Look at the screenshots, please. The count symbol is stored like a column in the column selection in V. 5.95. Strange...
Many greetings, Kai

Thanks for reporting this. It has been fixed in the upcoming maintenance release (5.96).
