Hi All,
I want the input to be between 1000000000 and 999999999. In other words to have only 10 digits. If possible I would prefer to use a hooks file.
Regards Barry

Re: 5.94 (and prev?): if double email, no email password recovery possible
Password retrieval with multiple users using the same email did not work back in 2015 and still does not work. So, I believe, it would be safe to say that it never worked

Re: 5.94 (and prev?): if double email, no email password recovery possible
Email addresses are a dime a dozen or even cheaper. There is absolutely no reason to have multiple users with the same email. But for those who think it is necessary to do so please make it configurable. Then for those who wish unique emails can the field be made unique. Therefor the configuration s...

5.94 admin password not saved
When I first install the Appgini output files to me localserver, set the server settings and the admin username and password, everything works as it should. when I log out and attempt to log back in the credentials are rejected. Re: double email
One of my projects has about 1000 users. Some time husband and wife try to use the same email. Like myself the users are mostly seniors and often forget their passwords and cannot retrieve it due to the emails not being unique. I advise them to get a hotmail or gmail account and forward the emails t...

That looks like what I require.
The database is very active on certain day with about 1000 users. Each may have their own .csv file.
I will have a go at you idea in a few days and see how I go.

Re: Multiple-choice list box from table
This has been working fine, but now I have another project that I wish to populate multi-choice list by adding records to the table but with a further twist. Each user will have a different list created by their own table entries. I would require something like {tablename}.{fieldname}.{user}.csv. ca...

Re: double email
One can see a problem with having 2 or more users using the same email. How would the program handle retrieving a password if the email address is used. Which users password would be reset? In these days of hotmail, gmail and the like there is no reason for many people using the same email in this i...

Re: Android App to access AppGini
Sorry for the late reply, you know how things are, lot to do... I got your latest version to work and it works quite well. I found that the responsive design of the HTML code produced by Appgini also works well. The feedback from some of the 15000+ users report that HTML loads much quicker and runs ...

Hi,
I stand to be corrected, but I believe that Xampp has all the necessary components to use PHP. Its just that Microsoft's Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager will no longer support PHP.

PHP is server side, as long as your code is not hosted on a windows server you should be OK. Just like is used to be.

Hi pilandros, I may opinion I believe that things will go back to the way things were. You purchase a new PC it comes with windows preinstalled. You get updates to that version of windows until it reaches its End Of Life. Then you are in the same boat as those who elected to stay on XP. you either s...

Yes I went through that a few years ago. But my hosting provider has all the PHP versions available. But I could see the writing on the wall and made the changes over time. The mysql function are now out of date. Unfortunately PHP 7 is not backwards compatible. The new functions are mysqli. AppGini ...
