How to enable showing more than two fields in a single field?

Post by nycwebmaster » 2017-06-23 21:13

Hi,

I know that you can reference two fields from a table on a single single field as foreign keys inside of the program. How do I make to show more than two fields from another table?

This is what I want to acomplish:

I have table 1
Table 1 has: field 1, Field 2, and field 3

I have table 2 from table 2 I want to show and be able to merge in a csv file Field 1, Field 2 and Field 3 from table 1.

currently is easy on the program to combine Field 1 and Field 2 only if you reference those as a lookup field but only allows you to reference only two fields.

Try using the "Advanced" button in the lookup tab to create a custom query combining the 3 fields. For more details, check the "Customizing lookup contents" screencast.
