Maximim 5 Lookup Fields with Filter by?

I need to insert 6 lookup fields into a table, each with their own individual 'Filter by' selected. But the AppGini interface is only allowing 5 max (see screenshot attached), even though I have added the 6th associated lookup pulldown field. Is there any way around this?
